Returns of SnugFleece Wool Mattress Covers must be returned in "like new" condition (you can sleep on them but they cannot be washed or altered in any way to qualify for a refund). Serves its purpose and great customer service.
I bought this to make a hot/clammy memory foam mattress bearable. While I hated to throw more money at a new bed that wasn't working out, it has saved an otherwise unfortunate situation. The bed is now comfy, breathes well and has much better temperature regulation.
I'm not sure how the straps will do in the long run, but sofar its OK. The only thing I don't like is how my new bed already looks like it sags in the center b/c the wool is a bit compressed. -Then again, thats understandable so no real complaints here.
Overall highly satisfied. The customer service team both emailed and called to ensure they had all the proper info and to let me know the expected delivery date. Very pleasant staff.
Just Buy It
This wool mattress pad is great. I was skeptical that it may be hot or itchy, but it's not. I have it under a sateen mattress cover and it's luxurious comfort. No pressure points or tossing and turning, and the pad doesn't lose it's loft. Excellent seller (they called to confirm the order and shipped for free).
Snuggly
Highly recommended. It is so very comfy. Not hot and not cold. Haven't washed it yet. It does stay in place very well- no shifting whatsoever. I have it on top of my latex mattress and it's the most luxurious, restful sleep I've experienced.

Wow, this makes my bed so soft. Even helps keep me cool in summer. My litle girl loves when Daddy changes the bed so she can roll around on the mattress cover.
